License K / Certified Firearms Instructor
Position Overview
We are seeking a License K Holder / Certified Firearms Instructor to join our team. This role focuses on training, mentoring, and certifying students, delivering instruction that is safe, professional, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct firearms training courses for civilians and security professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols on the range.
- Provide hands-on instruction in firearm handling, cleaning, marksmanship, and tactical techniques.
- Certify students according to state and federal requirements.
- Maintain accurate training records and certifications.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance training programs.
- Serve as a role model of professionalism, ethics, and faith-based values.
Qualifications
- Valid License K in good standing.
- Certified Firearms Instructor (state-recognized or equivalent).
- Extensive knowledge of firearm safety, handling, and marksmanship.
- Experience teaching or mentoring civilians or security personnel preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Commitment to safety, integrity, and the faith-based mission of the Academy.
